Liner-Lock Blade With One-Handed Opening

The oval shaped thumb-hole in the blade enables one-handed blade opening. Holding the knife in the palm of the hand at the base of the fingers, grasp the handle with the tips of the fingers, insert the thumb pad in the oval hole, then slide the blade away from the handle using the thumb.
