Helle Knives are hand made in Holmedal, Norway. Each knife goes through a 45 stage production process. 3-layer laminated stainless steel is used in the blades and handles are made of oiled, hand polished curly birch wood. Knives are supplied in gift boxes with saddle-grease treated, weathered leather sheaths and have a lifetime warranty.
